In January 2024, HZSS Technology successfully provided advanced printed circuit board heat exchangers (PCHE) for the relocation and reconstruction project of gas turbines of Zhejiang Energy Zhenhai United Power Generation Company (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Energy Zhenhai United Power Generation"). The PCHE is used for the dew point heating unit device in the natural gas pressure regulating station.

In January 2024, HZSS Technology successfully provided advanced printed circuit board heat exchangers (PCHE) for the relocation and reconstruction project of gas turbines of Zhejiang Energy Zhenhai United Power Generation Company (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Energy Zhenhai United Power"). The PCHE is used for the dew point heating unit device in the natural gas pressure regulating station. This is another major breakthrough in the application of Shenshi Technology's PCHE in power plants, setting a new benchmark for the development of the domestic power industry.
The Zhejiang Energy Town Liandian gas turbine relocation and reconstruction project is a key construction project of Zhejiang Province's “Thousands of Trillion Projects” and “Energy Green and Low-carbon Development and Supply and Price Stabilization Projects”.
The project has an investment of about 1.2 billion yuan and plans to build a set of F-class gas-steam combined cycle power generation units, which can achieve carbon emission reduction of about 620,000 tons. After completion, the project will become the natural gas power generation unit with the largest single unit capacity, the highest power generation efficiency and the best low-carbon and environmental protection level in Zhejiang Province.
According to the process, the natural gas pressure regulating station includes gas inlet unit, metering unit, chromatograph unit, primary separation unit, filtration unit, pressure regulating unit, dew point heating unit, outlet unit, condensate storage tank unit, instrument gas facilities, lightning protection and grounding facilities, etc.
Since the natural gas supply temperature is usually lower than the gas temperature when the gas turbine is running, and the natural gas pressure reduction will cause the temperature to drop (Joule-Thomson effect), the pressure regulating station is equipped with a dew point heating unit, which generally uses a dew point heat exchanger with large heat exchange capacity, low energy consumption and stable operation.
HZSS Technology PCHE has broken through the limitations of traditional heat exchangers with its lightness, high efficiency and energy saving. Made by vacuum diffusion welding technology, the heat exchanger core has the advantage of no welds, and its strength after welding is close to that of the parent material, ensuring the excellent performance of the product.
Compared with traditional shell and tube heat exchangers, Shenshi Technology PCHE is 85% smaller and lighter, greatly simplifying the installation and maintenance process. The compact design not only saves space, but also improves heat exchange efficiency, reduces effectively energy consumption, and brings significant economic benefits to customers.
